DNA Specimens and Service Unless a specific arrangement is agreed on in writing, the DNA specimens and/or the DNA profile data obtained from the DNA specimens are accessible by the client who had ordered the service, the sample donor, and all other participants included in the case
Terms and Conditions for Services
In these conditions, the following words have the following meanings:
"Contract" means any contract between DNA True Results . and the Client for the supply of the Services of these conditions.
"Services" means the provision of a DNA analysis from biological samples the Client provides to our lab
"Client" means the person(s) who requests Services from DNA True Results .
Provision of Services 1. The DNA analysis provided by our lab . is prepared solely for the use of the Client to whom it is returned. DNA True Results . makes no representation, express or implied, that the result of the DNA analysis is fit for any purpose other than providing a genetic comparison between biological samples supplied to DNA True Results . by the Client.
2. The biological samples supplied to DNA True Results . by the Client are unrecoverable due to the laboratory procedures required to extract DNA.
3. DNA True Results . reserves the right to use any third party of its choice to undertake the laboratory services for the DNA analysis.
4. The Client warrants that he/she is legally entitled to perform any particular act either directly or indirectly in order to obtain the biological samples and supply them to DNA . for analysis.
5. The Client warrants that he/she is legally entitled to possession of the biological samples provided to DNA True Results
6. The Client will indemnify DNA True Results. fully indemnified against all costs, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities of whatsoever nature arising from a breach of the warranties .
7. DNA True Result ‘s Disclaimers and Liabilities.
DNA True Results does not warrant to client ( A ) that the services provided by DNA True Results will meet the expectations of the client or That DNA True Results services will be free from defects or from errors
8. FURTHER, IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER DNA TRUE RESULTS. OR THE CLIENT BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. A PERSON WHO IS NOT THE CLIENT OF DNA TRUE RESULTS HAS NO RIGHT UNDER THE CONTRACTS ( right of the third parties )
Refund Policy
100% Refund 1. written or verbal request within 90 days of order date, 100% Refund (*): 2. specimen collection services were not provided (legal cases), and
3. testing had not been initiated.
50% Refund: 1. written or verbal request within 90 days of order date,
2. specimen collection services were provided (legal cases), and
3. testing had not been initiated.
No Refund: 1. testing had been initiated or completed, or
2. inactivity of order (on-hold status) for 90 days after order date.
